|APPLICATION FOR THE FRESH ACADEMIC PROGRAMME PROPOSED TO BE STARTED FROM THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2018-2019 UNDER THE UNIVERSITY AFFILIATION RULES UNDER CLAUSE 2.||FOR FRESH PROGRAMME|
|APPLICATION FOR THE CONTINATION OF TEMPORARY AFFILIATION OF THE ACADEMIC PROGRAMME ALREADY EXISTS IN THE COLLEGE/ INSTITUTION UNDER THE UNIVERSITY AFFILIATION RULES UNDER CLAUSE 2 READ WITH 2.10.||CONTINUATION OF TEMPORARY PROGRAMME|
|Note: 1. Separate application must be submitted for each academic programme .|
2. All entries indicated in the application form have to be filled. When the information sought is not required to be submitted then the applicant institution/ college must mention in the said column:
A. Information sought is not applicable mention: N.A.
B. No information mention: NIL (When the information is required to be submitted in the letters.)
C. No information mention: 00 (When the information is required to be submitted in the figures.)
3. The downloaded hard copy of the application must be submitted to the office of the University on or before the last date notified by the university along with all the required documents. The application will be liable to be rejected automatically if submitted after the expiry of the last date or when the application is incomplete in information of due to the shortage of document.
4. The University reserves right to restrict the academic programme, which cannot be allowed to be run in the college. However, no academic programme will neither be run at the University campus nor at the college if said programme is not listed in the list of the academic programs/ degrees which can be run by the University.
